Residential Construction

Lee & Company Construction builds for homeowners looking to improve, expand, or rebuild their living space, from remodels and additions to structural upgrades and full ground-up construction. A successful project takes more than labor. It takes planning, coordination, and the right team managing the details, so we guide yours from concept to completion with clear communication, quality workmanship, and dependable oversight, and we build homes designed around the way each family actually lives.

  1. 01

    Site review & feasibility

We walk the property and look at setbacks, soils, utilities, and access, so the budget and the schedule are built on what your lot will actually allow.

  2. 02

    Design, engineering & permits

We coordinate the architect, the structural and soils engineers, and city plan check, carrying the drawings through corrections to an issued permit.

  3. 03

    Foundation, framing & rough-in

Grading, foundation, framing, roofing, and windows, then the rough electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, with each inspection signed off before the next trade starts.

  4. 04

    Finishes & certificate of occupancy

Insulation, drywall, interior and exterior finishes, final utility connections, and the inspections that end with the certificate of occupancy that lets you move in.

  5. 05

The whole job, or part of it

Some clients bring us in at the concept stage and some once the drawings are already approved. We can carry the design, engineering, and permitting, or pick up a permitted project and build it.
