Our biggest recent job in Alhambra was a whole-house remodel we took from the design consultation, architectural plans and structural engineering through a new roof, re-pipe and rewire to the finishes. Alhambra's permitting is fully online, and its ADU rules are among the more generous in the valley.

A full remodel: design, architectural planning and structural engineering, then a full re-pipe, new drain system, rewire, new roof and electrical panel, custom slab countertops, engineered hardwood floors and Milgard windows.

Applications, payments and inspections go through the city's Permit Portal, and plans are uploaded through a separate Plan Check Portal.
